How do I reserve my invitation?
Choose your plan and model, place your order and pay the Bs 100 deposit by bank transfer. We write to you on WhatsApp and start designing your invitation.
When do I pay the rest?
When your invitation is ready and you have reviewed it. You pay the balance — the plan price minus the Bs 100 deposit — and we hand it over for you to share.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is deducted from your plan total. Once the design has started, it is non-refundable.
When does the design start?
When we receive all your details and photos. Your plan’s delivery time counts from that day.
How long will my invitation stay online?
On Atelier, 60 days after the event; on Gala, 90 days; on Imperial, 6 months. You can add 3 more months for Bs 100.
How many revisions does my plan include?
Atelier includes 2 rounds, Gala 3 and Imperial 5. A round is a single message with all your changes together (for example: the time, the cover photo and a name). We make all those changes and send you the new version. Our own mistakes are fixed for free and do not count as a round. Once your rounds are used up, each extra change costs Bs 50.
Can I switch models during revisions?
Rounds are for adjusting your invitation, not for switching models. If you want another catalogue model, you can add the «Switch design» add-on before sending your invitation, or move to the Gala plan.
Does the guest need to install anything?
No. The invitation opens right in the browser from a WhatsApp link — no apps, no downloads.
Can I send a different link to each guest?
Yes. Every guest receives a link bearing their own name and their own individual confirmation.
Does it work without a stable connection?
The cover loads first and the rest in stages, with images optimized for mobile data.
What if I need to change the date or the venue?
The details update live: the link already sent will show the new information.
Does it work in my country?
Yes. Your guests open the invitation from any country and any phone, with no app to download, and RSVP in one tap. We create invitations for events across Latin America, the United States and Canada, in English or Spanish, and you can see prices in US dollars.
