It was in a second-hand bookshop, one September afternoon. Maya was looking for Borges. Anderson bumped into her pile of books. Three volumes and a sketchbook fell. The rest, as they say, is history. Seven years later, Maya writes poems. Anderson still draws. And both sign their own story, in September, just like the first time.
